These Terms govern your use of AudioStudio (the "Service") at audiostudio.io, operated by Live Pixel Media. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
AudioStudio provides browser-based AI audio restoration and mastering tools. Features and limits depend on your selected plan.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.
You retain all rights to the audio you upload or import. You grant us the limited right to store and process that audio solely to provide the Service to you. You confirm you have the rights necessary to upload, import and process the audio you submit.
Paid plans grant a monthly allowance of processed audio minutes and feature access. Usage is metered per account. Allowances and prices may change with notice.
Importing from Google Drive is optional and governed additionally by our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy. You may revoke the app's Google access at any time from your Google Account settings.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that processing will meet every expectation. Keep your own backups of important files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Pixel Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
